Formerly known as Utilities Telecom Council. UTC is a global trade association dedicated to serving critical infrastructure providers. It is dedicated to creating a favorable business, regulatory, and technological environment for companies that own, manage, or provide critical telecommunications systems in support of their core business. It represents electric, gas, water utilities; natural gas pipelines other critical infrastructure entities and industry stakeholders. Membership: $30,000 (Core Members); $15,000-24,400 (Associate).
