PERF is a police research organization and a provider of management services, technical assistance, and executive-level education to support law enforcement agencies. An organization of police executives from large city, county and state law enforcement agencies and its mission is to improve policing and advancing professionalism through research and involvement in public policy debate. Membership is limited to nominated leaders of large police departments. Membership: $475 (General); $200 (Subscribing); $150 (Sustaining).
