NACE's mission is to promote the use of recognized engineering standards for the design, construction, and maintenance of public works; to promote the spirit of cooperation between local, state and federal agencies; and, by the exchange of ideas, to give all counties, in each state, the advantage of qualified professional engineering services in all phases of public works. Members are county engineering professionals or road management authorities. Membership: $150 (Individual); $500-5,000 (Corporate Partnership); $15 (Life); $200-1,000 (Voting member depending on county population); $200 (Associate);
