MANA is a member of the International Confederation of Midwives and participates in the North American Registry of Midwives. MANA seeks to unify and strengthen the profession of midwifery and to improve the quality of health care for women, babies and communities to expand communication and support among North American midwives. Members are midwives and student midwives, supportive healthcare providers in complementary professions, and consumers. Membership: $3,000 (Midwife Lifetime/non-voting); $150 (Practicing); $95 (Retired or non-income-earning); $55-75 (Midwifery Student or Affiliate); $200 (Midwifery Organization).
