International Union of Elevator Constructors

Established in Pittsburgh July 18, 1901 as the National Union of Elevator Constructors, became the International Union of Elevator Constructors in 1903 and received a charter from the American Federation of Labor. IUEC's mission is to maintain an elevator constructor's school for instructing and teaching the practical applications of the elevator industry.
