IACAA mission is to provide a support to the poverty fighting network of community action agencies or CAAs which provide services to more than a quarter of all Americans living in poverty and to several million more families with incomes only slightly higher than the poverty threshold every year. It's focus is elevating health, education, and economic standards of low-income residents in Illinois.
