Home Baking Association

Formerly the Self Rising Flour Institute and (1989) Self- Rising Flour and Corn Meal Program. HBA's mission is to promote home baking by providing tools and knowledge to perpetuate generations of home bakers. Members are millers of wheat flour and corn meal, manufacturers of branded food ingredients used in home baking, and their allied trades formed for the purpose of conducting an educational program on behalf of those products. Membership: $2,000-25,600 (Corporate, sales dependent); $5,500 (Non- Profit Association Voting A); $2,000 (Non-Profit Association Voting B).
