Formerly (1967) the National Council on Schoolhouse Construction, and until 2015 known as the Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI). The Association for Learning Environments (formerly CEFPI) is a professional non-profit association. It strives to be an leading innovation at the intersection of learning and place. Members are companies and persons who plan, design, build, equip and maintain educational facilities. Membership: $75 (Student-Commercial Sector/Student-School District/Public Authority); $300 (Individual-Commercial Sector); $855-$4890 (Group); $220-$1,250 Group-School District/Public Authority); $135 (Individual-School District/Public Authority).
