A career consultant, Morgan has been helping a wide range of organizations ensure they get the most out of their IT investments for over 20 years. Her experience spans IT strategy, project/program management, and systems implementations.
In 2017, Morgan earned her Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification—at the time, the seventh woman in the world to hold the credential. In addition to other technical certifications, Morgan is also certified in the ADKAR change management methodology.

Nora Simon
A former teacher turned consultant, Nora currently leads the nonprofit and association practice at Dupont Circle Solutions. In that capacity, she channels her 8 years of Salesforce experience into strategic support for her clients. 

Passionate about using technology as a vehicle for change, Nora supports a wide array of traditional nonprofits, foundations, and membership associations as they seek to use cloud-based systems to scale their presence and impact.
